Austin Wedding Venue – Pearl Snap Hall

Consider Pearl Snap Hall as Your Wedding Venue, Austin Residents

Residents of Austin, TX have an abiding love for not just the city but also the surrounding areas. The Texas Hill Country and the smaller communities to be found nearby are hidden treasures, and that is undoubtedly true of Georgetown. It’s less than 30 miles from Austin, and the Victorian-era old Williamson County Jail is a popular attraction. If you plan on getting married soon and you live in the Austin area, you may wish to visit Georgetown for another reason. It’s to get a look at Pearl Snap Hall, one of the best wedding venues to be found for miles around.

Why is Pearl Snap Hall Such a Popular Choice for Weddings?

Pearl Snap Hall was originally built as a church in 1910. It has floor-to-ceiling vintage beadboard that has been whitewashed, with the original long-leaf pine floors unearthed and polished to a high gloss. The windows let in lots of natural light, and wedding parties of up to 150 people can fit inside nicely. Though all of the classic details have been retained, there are plenty of modern touches as well, like the private bridal suite, groom shed, and the clean kitchen prep space for the caterers. There’s an outdoor catering area and energy-efficient climate control.

The grounds of Pearl Snap Hall cover half a city block, and there are multiple individual spaces that you can use for the ceremony. There’s the courtyard with enormous overhanging trees that could work for a smaller wedding party. The large field in the back can be set up with a tent, pavilion-style if you have more guests. There’s room for food trucks or games if you want a more informal atmosphere. Kids will have space to run around and burn off steam while their parents watch from nearby, or you can join in if you’re feeling young at heart.

Extra Amenities

When you coordinate with the staff at Pearl Snap Hall, you’ll get a taste of genuine Texan small-town hospitality. They can recommend caterers for you and assist you with parking for your guests, the hiring of a DJ or a live band, and there’s also furniture that can be rented for an additional fee if you so desire. You can get together with the day-of Event Coordinator who can handle all of the last-minute details and anything unexpected that might come up.

“We had our wedding at Pearl Snap Hall about a month ago. It was the perfect setting for our celebration and people commented on how beautiful everything was throughout the night. The venue is so beautiful that we only needed a few decorations for the wedding. Sarah was so easy to work with and hiring Maggie as our day-of-coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! They made sure that the planning was easy and the day went off without a hitch!”

“We just had our wedding here and everything was more perfect than we could have ever dreamed! The outdoor ceremony space is super versatile, we were even able to shift our entire ceremony space back about 40 feet to be in the shade last minute and we still had the beautiful trellises as a back drop. The indoor hall has so much classic beauty and charm and it was the perfect size for our 60+ person reception. Sarah and Maggie were so accommodating and easy to work with. It was incredibly helpful to have Maggie as our wedding coordinator as well! As one of the site managers, she was able to help us with anything we needed at the hall and was invaluable the day of.”
