Another beautiful Southern Love Workshop Inspiration Shoot
I had the amazing opportunity to be a part of hosting the Southern Love Workshop in Austin, Texas, which is where I shot this vagabond wedding inspiration. This is the second of the three shoots. Southern Love Workshop is a workshop-styled weekend for photographers where you can learn, connect, grow, and be inspired. The best part about the workshop was the collaboration between creatives. Something magical happens when you bring a bunch of passionate creatives together to make something beautiful. It’s electric and inspiring!

A glamorous vagabond wedding shoot in Pedernales Falls State Park
The design inspiration for this vagabond wedding shoot appeals to the “wanderer” inside of us all – adventure-seekers, and romantics. Bright pops of color floating on acrylic bases make for a modern and sophisticated surprise. We wanted everything to look non-traditional; wild, but glamorous. We had so much fun bringing together all the elements and textures to match the bride’s funky style. Her Rue De Seine dress was the inspiration for the bridal bouquet that was beautifully crafted by Gypsy Floral. A mix of traditional blooms, tropicals, and dried blooms – the bouquet was massive and magnificent!
A stunning couple in an inspiring location for this vagabond wedding
Kayhla and Blake were a dream to capture for this vagabond wedding shoot. They were both so stunning and their love was so present and tangible. Pedernales Falls State Park was the perfect location for this shoot. The natural color palette of the rocky terrain contrasted perfectly with the sheer beauty of the flowers, outfits, etc. We had so much fun and I can’t wait to share the third and final shoot from the Southern Love Workshop!
