The greatest gift to sharing my work online is that people from all over the country are able to find me as a wedding photographer. I always feel so honored when people get on a plane just to get in front of my camera! Jacquelin & Ariet are an incredible couple that came all the way from Northern California to do their engagement shoot with me! It was their first time in Austin, so it was fun to be able to explore the city with them. Whenever I hang out with Austin first-timers, I see my city in a new light. It makes me appreciate my city even more!

Jacquelin and Ariet were such a blast to shoot with. This engaged couple is clearly head over heels in love with each other, and also so easy going and great to hang with. I mean, they even made doing the dishes look fun, so that says a lot about who they are!
Even more adventure in downtown Austin
After popping champagne on the dock and walking through Downtown Austin together, we grabbed some incredible ice cream at The Baked Bear. The shop's sign read "cookie monsters only" and after watching them hilariously devour their treats, while some of it ended up on Jacquelin's nose, I think it's safe to say they qualified.
Jacquelin and Ariet are getting married in Mexico next year, and I can't wait to be a part of it!
