Lively Justine’s Secret House Wedding with Vintage Touches
This Justine’s Secret House wedding really leaned into the venue’s moody vintage atmosphere - with a darker color scheme and modern details to create such a cool vibe. Emma confided in me that most of the décor was sourced from her parents’ own antiques and vintage knick knacks; which worked perfectly in the space! Her dress continued the theme: channeling old Hollywood glam accented with edgier details like her long pearl earrings and crimson nails.
And get this: all of the floral arrangements at this Justine’s Secret House wedding were hand-painted and arranged by Emma’s mom! There were so many elegant little nods to family throughout the day. Emma wore her grandmother’s wedding ring and TJ’s grandmother’s pearls. She walked down the aisle with her dad on one arm and her mom on the other.
The ceremony took place in the hidden garden. The guests piled onto the back porch for a better view of the vows. For the reception dinner, Justine’s Secret House set up long tables in the courtyard. Everyone dined under strings of light and flickering leaves. The speeches were such a highlight!
The playlist was crafted by the guests, who sent in song recommendations on their RSVPs (great idea, right?!) And let me tell you - things got wild! One of the best moments of the night was when Emma and TJ popped bottles of bubbly and poured them over the champagne tower. The whole first row of onlookers got sprayed with wine!
