Austin, Texas plays host to a variety of unique venues and locales, and the historic Springdale Station is no exception. The Station links the past with the present in a modern-yet-traditional setting that offers ample space for weddings and more (and it’s one of Nikk's Picks). This was the place to be for Brooke and Chris’s wedding after having to reschedule twice before. Time to find out if third time’s the charm after all!
This is the Time
Delicate floral arrangements of white roses and soft pastels set the mood for the big day. There were smiles all around as friends and family congregated to celebrate the couple’s union after they had to reschedule not once, but twice! As a result, the vibe and decor shifted with each date change, landing on a soft-but-formal ballet academia that cast a warm glow over the ceremony. Everything was stunning and beautiful–and perfect!--as the happy couple finally got to walk down the aisle.
A Day of Dance and Laughter
There’s no denying the joy that was flowing at Brooke and Chris’s union. Live music set the mood as the couple danced to “Always Be My Baby” with their 9 month old daughter. Brooke was especially excited about the parent dance to “Sweet Child of Mine” as well. The couple knew that tradition shouldn’t dictate their big day, so they consciously chose elements that resonated with them both. It’s clear that these memories will remain fondly for the couple as they embark on this new journey together.
